Kitchen Revival

This homeowner had the darkest kitchen we have ever remodeled. To fix this we changed the fluorescent lighting to can lights and replaced the drop down ceiling with sheet rock. We removed the black counter tops and replaced them with a more modern top. We replaced the outdated cabinet doors and gave everything a fresh coat of paint. She is excited to host the holidays in her brand new kitchen!

Outdoor Living!

This homeowner recently had this pool installed and needed a deck to make pool time more enjoyable.

Don't let the outside inside!!!

The problem: Rain entered into the house through a damaged sill and around the door frame from wear and tear of an old door.   All of this damaged the hardwood floor on the inside.

The solution: Replace the door, add a storm door and install a ceramic tile entry on the inside.

Kitchen Magic!

This kitchen transformation was a two phase project. Phase one consisted of removing the dropped down indirect lighting and replacing it with can lights (see previous post). Phase two included removing the Formica counter top and backslash and replacing them with granite and tile. The customer opted to install a new composite sink and stove top. (Vent hood to be installed soon.) We couldn't have asked for a better customer who made this project very enjoyable!

A Melted Mess!

This homeowner had a fire on his grill under his soffit. The solution was to call Fair & Square Home Improvement!

Black Mold, Green Mold?  Either way it's got to go mold!

Mold tends to grow on the outside of your house where it stays moist such as covered patios and shady areas. It can cause major health issues as well. Not only does it need to be power washed, it needs to be killed so it won't come back. If you see signs of mold, call us before it grows out of control.

All in the Family!

This is actually a "during" photo. Mom and Daughter lived upstairs in this barn conversion. They needed a room for the granddaughter. Building out a room next to the downstairs bathroom was all she needed!

Oh Hail!

When mother nature decides to drop hail on you, no problem! Just call us. We'll fix you up!

Safety First!

This ramp, outside a veterinarian hospital, had seen better days. It was slick and hazardous to the employees who used it to take the dogs out several times a day. A quick power wash and a coat of non-skid paint was all this ramp needed to ensure safety for all.

Summer fun!

This pool deck had outlived it's useful days. Wood rot is not a friend. An overhaul was in order.

It pays for itself!

We replaced this homeowner's 7/16" aluminum windows with 3/4" vinyl windows to make his home more efficient. This will surely pay for itself over time. If you are experiencing higher than normal electric bills, maybe it's time you gave us a call!    (405) 435-4415

Wallpaper Nightmare

15 years ago this wallpaper might have been in. Today, not so much. Removing the wallpaper, texturing the wall and painting it a neutral color gave this room a blank pallet to work with again.

Wasted Space

This client needed more storage space. The solution was to add cabinetry to the bare wall in the back of the kitchen!

Who knew you could do that?

The solution for making this kitchen bigger was to move the refrigerator to the other side of the room and build a pantry around it.

Cozy little space

The outdated brick was not adding any life to this living room.  The solution was to reface the fireplace with a modern stone and take it all the way to the ceiling.

Usable Nook

The client wanted a microwave in this space but didn't want it on the counter. The solution was to add an opening below and move the drawers down. In addition she wanted to do this on a budget so she wanted to install the microwave and paint it herself.
